On January [XXX], 2026 at 1:18 PM MT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Denver, Colorado was in a collision involving a pickup truck on [XXX] near [XXX]. The Waymo AV was traveling eastbound through a construction zone on [XXX] in autonomous mode when it began to maneuver to the right, towards the south curb. As the Waymo AV was maneuvering, the test driver transitioned the Waymo AV to manual mode.
