The Waymo AV was traveling eastbound on [XXX] and approaching a work zone along westbound [XXX] where the westbound half of the roadway was sectioned off by construction panel barricades. The Waymo AV slowed and maneuvered to the right and began to approach an SUV traveling eastbound on [XXX] along the south curb at a low rate of speed. The Waymo AV proceeded forward to pass the SUV to the left, and at the same time, the SUV maneuvered to the left and entered the Waymo AV's path of travel, and the front left side of the SUV made contact with the front right side of the Waymo AV. The Waymo AV was traveling southeastbound on [XXX] when it came to a stop within a construction zone to yield to a heavy truck. The heavy duty truck was traveling northwestbound on [XXX], partially in the northwestbound lane and partially across the double yellow line lane divider. While the Waymo AV was stopped, the heavy truck passed the Waymo AV to the left and the left side of the heavy truck made contact with the rear left side of the stationary Waymo AV. The Waymo AV was traveling westbound on [XXX] when it approached a telehandler construction vehicle facing west, partially within the eastbound lane and towards the south curb of a construction work zone. As the Waymo AV began to pass, the telehandler construction vehicle began to reverse and maneuver right towards the Waymo AV's lane of travel, and the right side of the telehandler construction vehicle made contact with the left side of the Waymo AV. On May [XXX], 2026 at 12:22 AM PT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in San Francisco, California was in a collision involving a construction a-frame sign on [XXX] near [XXX]. The Waymo AV was traveling northbound on a narrow portion of [XXX], with vehicles parked facing north on both sides of the curb, when it approached construction a-frame signs marking utility work on the right side of the roadway. The Waymo AV maneuvered to the left and slowed to a stop, then proceeded forward at a low rate of speed, maneuvering between a construction a-frame sign and a passenger car parked facing north on the west curb of [XXX], and the right side of the Waymo AV made contact with a construction a-frame sign. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. The Waymo AV sustained damage. Summary: The Tesla ADS was proceeding straight on a residential street behind a construction truck. As the construction truck came to a reduced roadway width created by cars parked on the side of the road, the ADS followed behind the construction truck through the area of reduced roadway width. The construction truck stopped abruptly, forcing the Tesla ADS to stop in the area of reduced roadway width, then the truck reversed into the Tesla ADS's front right. The ADS did not have any passenger present in the vehicle.

On April [XXX], 2026 at 5:20 AM MT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Mesa, Arizona was in a collision involving a pickup truck on [XXX] near [XXX]. The Waymo AV was stopped facing east at the curb, partially in lane, on [XXX] in a construction zone with its hazard lights activated. While the Waymo AV was stopped, a pickup truck initially stopped behind the Waymo AV proceeded to pass the Waymo AV to the left, and the front right side of the pickup truck made contact with the rear left side of the stationary Waymo AV. While the Waymo AV was slowing and began to maneuver towards the right, the road construction worker walked towards the south curb, into the designated left turn, and began to retract the tape measure. Once the road construction worker exited the Waymo AV's lane of travel, the Waymo AV continued to maneuver to the right and proceeded forward, and the front left tire of the Waymo AV made contact with the tape measure. The Waymo AV came to a stop at the intersection in preparation to turn left, and while the Waymo AV was stopped, a van traveling southbound on [XXX] proceeded to turn right without stopping at the stop sign onto westbound [XXX], and the front right side of the van made contact with the front left side of the stationary Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. Both vehicles sustained damage. A passenger in the Waymo AV alleged a minor injury. The Waymo AV was traveling westbound through a construction zone on [XXX] when it maneuvered to the left to pass a skid-steer loader construction vehicle that was stopped facing westbound in the Waymo AV's lane of travel with its lift arm and bucket elevated. While the Waymo AV was passing to the left of the skid-steer loader, the skid-steer loader rotated to the left as it began to reverse towards the north curb, and the left side of the skid-steer loader bucket made contact with the front right side of the Waymo AV. The Waymo AV was traveling southwestbound in a parking lot at [XXX] when it slowed to a stop to yield to a traffic cone near the parking lot exit, in the Waymo AV's lane of travel. The Waymo AV proceeded forward and to the left to maneuver around the traffic cone, and the bottom of the Waymo AV made contact with a curb located near the parking lot exit. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. The Waymo AV sustained damage. On March [XXX], 2026 at 12:33 PM, an AVRIDE autonomous vehicle (the "AVRIDE AV") was in a collision in Dallas, Texas on [XXX] near [XXX]. The AVRIDE AV was parked in the right lane facing southeast in autonomous mode on [XXX] waiting to pick up robotaxi passengers. [XXX] is part of a construction zone with cones being used to separate contraflow traffic lanes. The AVRIDE AV proceeded to drive forward after the robotaxi passengers were not permitted to enter the AVRIDE AV due to exceeding the passenger limit. As the AVRIDE AV began driving foward, an SUV entered the left line into opposing traffic in an attempt to pass the AVRIDE AV. While in the process of passing the AVRIDE AV, the SUV abruptly had to switch back to the right lane due to oncoming traffic. While moving back to the right lane, the rear right of the SUV made contact with the front left of the AVRIDE AV. Both vehicles sustained damage. No injuries were reported.

On March [XXX], 2026 at 4:04 PM PT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in San Francisco, California was in a collision involving a passenger car on [XXX] near [XXX]. The Waymo AV was traveling westbound through a construction zone on [XXX] in the rightmost lane delineated by a line of temporary orange pylons. A passenger car traveling westbound through the construction zone on [XXX], partially in the rightmost lane and partially in the bike lane, approached the Waymo AV from behind and the front left side of the passenger car made contact with the rear right side of the Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. Both vehicles sustained damage. On January [XXX], 2026 at 1:18 PM MT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Denver, Colorado was in a collision involving a pickup truck on [XXX] near [XXX]. The Waymo AV was traveling eastbound through a construction zone on [XXX] in autonomous mode when it began to maneuver to the right, towards the south curb. As the Waymo AV was maneuvering, the test driver transitioned the Waymo AV to manual mode. The test driver began maneuvering the Waymo AV closer to the curb, briefly accelerated forward, and then began braking. The front of the Waymo AV then made contact with the rear of a pickup truck that was parked facing east at the curb in front of the Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was not engaged and a test driver was operating the Waymo AV in manual mode. The Waymo AV sustained damage. On January [XXX], 2026 at 2:58 AM PT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in San Francisco, California was in a collision involving a traffic cone on [XXX] near [XXX]. The Waymo AV was traveling northwestbound on [XXX] in the right lane when it slowed to a stop for a queue of traffic for a red light at the intersection with [XXX]. After the light turned green and traffic ahead advanced, the Waymo AV proceeded forward. A pickup truck traveling northwestbound on [XXX] in the left lane proceeded forward and a rear seat passenger of the pickup truck threw a traffic cone from the window and into the roadway, and the traffic cone landed in the Waymo AV's lane of travel. As the Waymo AV proceeded forward the front of the Waymo AV made contact with the traffic cone. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. The Tesla vehicle made contact with a temporary barricade for a construction site at approximately 9MPH, scraping the front-left fender and tire. On December [XXX], 2025 at 9:29 AM ET a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Atlanta, Georgia was in a collision involving a street sweeper construction vehicle on [XXX] near [XXX]. The Waymo AV was traveling westbound through a construction zone on [XXX] when a street sweeper traveling westbound on [XXX] in front of the Waymo AV slowed to a stop. The Waymo AV slowed to a stop to yield to the street sweeper, and the street sweeper reversed, and the rear of the street sweeper made contact with the front of the stationary Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. The Waymo AV sustained damage. On November [XXX], 2025, a Beep-operated Ford E-Transit (€œ003C”) equipped with an automated driving system (ADS) develop by Oxa Autonomy Ltd. was involved in a collision with a third-party vehicle in Jacksonville, FL. While navigating eastbound on [XXX], vehicle 003C was struck on the driver-side rear quarter panel by a 2020 Toyota Prius performing an illegal U-turn from the opposing lane. No passengers were on board at the time of the incident. There were no injuries reported at the scene, and both vehicles were driven away from the site of the collision. Given construction in this area, vehicle 003C was under manual control while driving along [XXX]. The operator engaged the automated driving system as they exited the construction area, approximately one second prior to the collision. Vehicle data and dashcam video indicate the operator attempted to intervene but was unable to avoid contact by the other vehicle. The [XXX] responded to the scene. The driver of the other vehicle was cited for making an improper turn, and the responding officer noted that vehicle 003C was not at fault for the accident.

At 1:54 PM CDT on October [XXX], 2025 in Aledo, Texas, an Aurora truck traveling at approximately 7 mph on an [XXX] frontage road in autonomy brushed against a temporary construction barrier. This was a development test using testing software, not Aurora's commercial driverless software. During development missions, Aurora tests new roads and conditions outside of its current ODD to prepare for safe driverless operations as Aurora expands its ODD. Two vehicle operators and a backseat rider were inside the vehicle. While traversing a very narrow lane between temporary barriers and a ditch, slowly and with support of remote assist, the Aurora truck brushed a roadside barrier, resulting in minor scraping on the side of the truck. The Aurora vehicle operator then disengaged autonomy and manually drove the truck to Aurora's Fort Worth terminal. No injuries were reported. No damage to the barrier was observed.

At approximately 10:55 AM CST on August [XXX], 2025, an Aurora truck was traveling westbound on [XXX] in autonomy during a development mission with an Aurora vehicle operator near Stephenville, Texas. The Aurora truck was in the right lane and approaching an unmarked right-lane closure with no advance warning signs. The Aurora vehicle operator decided to disengage autonomy and attempted to manually merge the Aurora truck into the left lane. During the vehicle operators manual lane change, a passing tractor trailer sped up on the left and made contact with the Aurora truck. The Aurora vehicle operator attempted to alert the other tractor trailer of the impact to the Aurora truck by honking the horn and flashing lights. However, the passing tractor trailer proceeded without stopping, and after being unable to gain the other drivers attention, the Aurora vehicle operator pulled over to the shoulder of the highway to assess damage to the Aurora truck. The Aurora vehicle operator reported damage to the trucks left side mirror and sensor equipment to Auroras dispatch before returning to Auroras terminal in Aledo, Texas. No injuries were reported.

On August [XXX], 2025 at 12:42 PM MT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Phoenix, Arizona was in a collision involving a section of removed pavement on [XXX] near [XXX]. The Waymo AV was traveling southbound through a construction zone on [XXX] in the rightmost lane delineated by a line of temporary orange pylons when it approached a parked construction truck in its lane of travel with a mounted arrow board displaying a flashing left arrow. The Waymo AV changed lanes to continue traveling southbound on [XXX] to the left of the line of pylons. As the Waymo AV continued to follow the path delineated by the pylons, it encountered a section of the pavement that had been removed creating a drop in the lane surface, and the front left wheel proceeded over the section of removed pavement.. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. The Waymo AV sustained damage. On July [XXX], 2025 at 9:02 AM PT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in San Francisco, California was in a collision involving a box truck on [XXX] near [XXX]. The Waymo was parked in-lane facing east on [XXX] with hazard lights activated to yield to construction blocking the intersection at [XXX]. While the Waymo AV was parked, a box truck traveling eastbound on [XXX] approached the Waymo AV from behind, and the front driver side of the box truck made contact with the rear passenger side of the stationary Waymo AV, as well as the passenger side of a pickup truck parked at the curb to the right of the Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. Both vehicles sustained damage. On June [XXX], 2025 at 5:06 PM PT, a Motional AV with VIN [XXX] was operating in autonomous mode in Las Vegas, Nevada. A safety driver was in the driver's seat, and a test engineer was in the passenger seat. The AV was traveling [REDACTED, MAY CONTAIN CONFIDENTIAL BUSINESS INFORMATION]. On the median of the road after the intersection were a series of traffic cones immediately to the AV's left. A piece of debris, which upon viewing the video recording appears to be a large garbage bag, was stuck on and hanging from the lead cone into the road. The AV perceived this debris as a road obstruction, causing the AV to brake. An SUV taxi was following the AV and made physical contact with the rear of the AV. Following the contact, the safety driver assumed control of the vehicle and safely pulled over to a safe location to initiate Motional's incident response protocol. The rear of the AV had a minor dent less than $1000 in damage, and there were no injuries, nor were airbags deployed. Law enforcement was not contacted at the time of the incident.
